Listening to: Listening to: A stripped-down, mellower version of Sheryl Crow's "My Favorite Mistake." Grooovay. We are apparently switching dentists. My mom is all pissed at our present dentist's office, because the receptionist/hygienist was "rude" to her. The woman was just doing her job. My mom was like "We are leaving." And the woman was like Uhhh. I was so embarrassed. I mean I am glad that my mom can stand up for herself or whatever, but she definitely doesn't know the appropriate time to do it. And I'm also glad that I didn't have to get checked up. Because I hate the dentist. I didn't hate my dentist, he was cool. But just the whole experience, with the spinning toothbrush and the sharp pointed objects that they poke your gums with...very uncool. Also, Gina, the hygienist who was really nice and used to talk to me about being short all through high school and college, left last year. So I don't really like them anymore. So in a way, I am glad that we are switching dentists. But I am not glad that my mom embarrassed me. I was like *hiding face* "Don't know her. I'm just a bystander." Oh well at least it is all over with now. And also I finished my homework and practiced piano. I should start Animal Farm but I can read that tonite and tomorrow at piano. Lindsay is all riled up about her bus route getting cancelled. I guess if I had no way to get to school in the morning besides walking, I'd be kinda pissed too. Except oh, for 7 years of my life I didn't have any way of getting to school besides walking. lol, ok it's not the same at all, Linds lives like 3 miles away from the school and I live like 1 block down from our middle school. And also I always used to get a ride from my dad. But I still had to walk home. Anyway, I am kinda hoping that my bus route gets taken away too because then I don't have to get on the bus in the morning with the crack whores and potheads that are on my bus route. Why do I live in Cherry Hill if I am going to live in the ghetto neighborhood?? It's scary man. But that's a whole different entry. Let's see what sorts of things can I talk about? How about ME! Impromptu Essay! Topic: "Why is Melissa So Cool?" Ready, Begin! I am so cool. In so many ways. First of all, I am cool because I have a shirt with an ostrich on it. Second of all, I am cool because I have not one, but two sinks in my bathroom. Third of all, I am cool because I live in New Jersey. In conclusion, I am cool. I hope you all enjoyed that. If you couldn't tell, I have run out of things to say. I'll be off.
